Terms of Service

Race to AGI ("the Service", hosted at rtagi.online) is a free browser game operated by XADLabs ("we", "us", the "Company"), a company registered in Sri Lanka. By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Using the game

  • The Service is provided free of charge for personal entertainment.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Choose a username that is not offensive, unlawful, or impersonating; we may remove usernames or leaderboard entries that breach this.
  • Do not attempt to tamper with, cheat, or submit falsified scores to the leaderboard. Challenge scores are verified server-side, and we may remove entries that fail verification or accounts that abuse the Service.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Availability & changes

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, reset leaderboards, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XADLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
